This education resource will focus on adult patients being endotracheally intubated in the operating room (OR) or the intensive care unit (ICU) with use of cuffed endotracheal (ET) tubes, and will detail insights into the following areas:

- The risks associated with endotracheal intubation
This will assist healthcare professionals in making the necessary clinical considerations prior to and during ET intubation, as well as prior to the extubation of the patient.
